Feeling a tad bit important

My week has been kind of blue. My holiday has been less than stellar. But someone said something to me today. I came online and spoke to a person on hiatus from Melbourne and learnt that said person was watching a show on his laptop as he was chatting to me. As I had nothing important to say, I shrugged virtually and told said person to go back to his shows and whats not. And I was told that chatting with me is more important to him. And my day became a little happier.

I met up with friends and I met up with family. I must have met up with so many but only one took the time to ask how I am feeling about the future that lies beyond tomorrow. And how I am handling it. I think I am blessed, even though blessings come in small quantities these days. I am glad I am still blessed.
