Telling it in 6 Pictures

Welcome to the last of the photos from the past holiday. Whenever a convoy of 4 families travels up north for a golfing trip, goofing around by the kids is sure to be in overdose. We went to the very traditional town of Malacca and had all the yummy Nonya dishes. Very apt, considering the very popular TV drama that is showing right now. Somehow, all the kids were able to almost name all the dishes that we ordered! Unfortunately, I have no food pictures because this is not in anyway a foodie blog but hey, I have a lot of other nice rubbish!

One constant companion throughout this trip while we (meaning the kiddos) were locked up in the villa that we rented was the Wii. I know it is an old console, but for a person like me; read uncoordinated and extremely clumsy, that old and expired console was god sent.

We had fun with the usual Wii sports games. Boxing really takes a large chuck of your energy though. See my sister half flying through the air while trying to knock her opponent out! I cannot really recall who won, but judging from this picture the violent winner should be my sis. Boy, am I proud to be related to her. But I must clarify I am not that far off in the Winners Lodge! I am the unarguably the best fencer there. HMPH!

Another place that we visited was the Cowboy Town. Very typical family holiday I know! The place was very different from my childhood memories, but still very enjoyable! See my spastic face all twisted into what I call a grin! Apparently, Mummy and S also agree since they are both equally spastic.

There was this super freaky 4D ride at Cowboy Town with the title ‘The Haunted Office’. Although it pales in comparison to the one that I took with I in Movie World in term of quality and plot, it was still enough to rob me of my screams. –shrugs- Maybe I am just a timid little soul? Regardless, I am sure that we had more fun digging our nails into each other arms as opposed to watching the show itself.

The following last 3 photos are snapped at the games area. We gamely took up archery, and I am proud to say that all but 1 of my 15 arrows landed on the board. And the one that touched the grass was the first practice arrow! Better than SOMEBODY! Dad and sis did well enough to not be mocked, so I shall spare them my evil laughter.

We looked pro right! A family of archers! Beware!

Being the lame people that my family is well known for, we thoroughly molested a tank. Surprisingly, Dad could list the specifications of this antique military toy. The 3 older kids climbed in and posed as our typical lame self. I like this picture. Capture the moment perfectly. Sis being the monkey, me acting tough and J, well lost in his own translation?

Last but not least, I must end this holiday with my favorite picture! We did not get to go on the Go-Kart, but hey! Who says we cannot pose with the retired model? After we got on, everyone also went on the Go-Kart for their own 2 minutes of fame. Still, in my personal opinion, we did the best! I know you feel the same!
